Bio3 Shipping and Return Policy

Client satisfaction is very important to Bio3. As a result, we have outlined our shipping and return policy below.

Shipping

Bio3 ships all orders using a trackable shipping method. Shipping charges apply to all purchases.

Returns and Exchanges

You MUST contact Bio3 by phone within 7 days upon receiving the item for a return/exchange. All returns/exchanges should be completed within 14 days of receiving the item. Once we assess your request for return/exchange, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued via the client’s email. NO returns/exchanges will be processed without a RMA.

Bio3 only accepts returns/exchanges on products in original condition with the original packaging and labels. NO returns or exchanges will be accepted on opened items.

Before purchase, we request that you confirm your products before check-out. Upon receiving your product, please make sure the order is correct.

Should the new item be priced differently from your original purchase in the event of a return/exchange, Bio3 will charge or credit your account accordingly.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

Shipping charges may apply for returned/exchanged items. Once a request for return/exchange has been processed, an email will be sent to the client regarding further instructions. All items shipped for return/exchange should include original packaging and labels.

About Damaged Items

Bio3 strives to package its products accordingly so that they arrive in perfect condition. If there is any obvious damage to the box upon delivery and you suspect the product has been affected inside, contact us immediately.
